Help protect your home by:
🏠 Always locking doors and windows, even when you are at home or just popping out for a short time.
🔑 Keeping keys, wallets, handbags, and car keys out of sight and away from doors, letterboxes, and windows.
💡 Using timers on lights when you're away to create the impression that someone is home.
📦 Ensuring deliveries and parcels are not left unattended for long periods.
🌳 Keeping hedges and fences maintained to improve visibility around entry points.
📱 Registering valuable property and making a note of serial numbers.
👀 Looking out for your neighbours and reporting any suspicious activity.
Going Away?
If you are planning a holiday or short break, avoid advertising your absence on social media until you return. Ask a trusted neighbour, friend, or family member to keep an eye on your property and remove any post that may build up.
